Kitchen Reimbursement Rules:
Every kitchen gets 1000 dkk to spend on improvements for the kitchen.
Examples include:
- Paint and brushes if you want something in the kitchen painted
- New pans if you want something not provided by PKS like a stainless steel pan
- Board games for the kitchen
- New salt and pepper grinders
- Kitchen utensils to make food
- New washcloths
- A new mop and bucket for the kitchen
- A new vacuum cleaner.
The money may not be spent on consumables such as, but not limited to:
- Food
- Plastic bags
- Spices
- Beverages
In order to receive the money, the following things must be emailed to the POP Kasserer at kasserer@pop.dk:
- Receipts with only expenses authorized by the kitchen on. No personal items may be included on the receipt.
- The kitchen name
- The amount requested
- A signed piece of paper that includes the amount requested, kitchen name, date, and signatures from at least half the kitchen. This form can be printed and then filled out. Alternatively you can also write your own if you do not wish to print it out, but it must include the same information
- Name of recipient of the money for the kitchen
- The bank account and registration number that the money needs to be sent to. Note: IBAN is not an accepted format
Things to note:
- The max amount that a kitchen can receive is 1000 dkk. You can spend and send receipts for more, but only 1000 dkk will be given to the kitchen
- If a kitchen does not spend the full amount, the rest of the money is forfeit
- Receipts are only valid for reimbursement for the year the things are bought. A receipt from 2024 will not be reimbursed in 2025
- It is not possible to divide the amount over multiple years. For example. It is not possible to request 1300 in December 2024 and receive 1000 from the 2024 allocation and 300 from the 2025 allocation.
The Deadline for submissions for requests of reimbursement for the kitchens is:
3rd December 23:59 – no exceptions will be made
